General Practice

Oftentimes, people find themselves facing situations where they may need an attorney. It can be difficult to know what to do or who to turn to if you need to solve a legal problem. The law office of Blaine Law PA is a multi-service law firm that can help you find a solution to your issue.

It’s usually easy to find listings of attorneys who specialize in certain legal areas, but what about those law practice areas that may not warrant dedicating an entire practice to? This is where I can step in and help you. For instance, if you face a driver’s license issue that needs a resolution, receive a denial of firearm sales, have trouble obtaining a CWP, or face another dilemma, I can help.

Are you facing a legal situation where a general practice attorney can help? My office can provide sound advice, guide you through the complexities of Florida law, or work to find a resolution to your problem. I’m here to assist you. Contact Blane Law PA to schedule an appointment, so we can get started on resolving your specific legal issue. For your convenience, my office offers remote services to my clients. I proudly serve New Port Richey, Pinellas County, and Pasco County and look forward to serving you.

Memorial Day Weekend in Florida means more traffic on the roads and waterways, and unfortunately, an increase in DUI and BUI arrests. Before heading to the barbecue, the beach, or the boat ramp, remember that a DUI or BUI in Florida can carry serious consequences, including jail time, license suspension, heavy fines, and a permanent criminal record. According to Florida traffic safety officials, impaired driving contributes to approximately one-third of fatal traffic crashes in the state. Alcohol and drugs also continue to play a major role in serious boating accidents across Florida waterways, contributing to 14% of all boating fatalities. Memorial Day should be about honoring those who sacrificed for our freedom, not ending the weekend with flashing lights and criminal charges. Designate a sober driver or boat captain Use rideshare services when needed Plan ahead before drinking From all of us at Blaine Law P.A., we wish you a safe, meaningful, and enjoyable Memorial Day Weekend.
